Rituals are complex though, and so are our habits and routines, and how we feel about all of them adds layers to that complexity.

Caroline Wilson is a market researcher and entrepreneur with 20 years experience in market research and data strategy. She started Vireo Research in 2009 and she’s on a mission to democratize the market research thinking and customer research skills and strategies that corporations leverage all the time. Caroline has designed research programs and workshops for clients including Google, Metrolinx, AB InBev, Greenshield Canada, Plan Canada, Scotiabank, Tangerine, Canada Goose, as well as a range of other eclectic brands large and small.

The former site of the Imperial Cotton Co. has been transformed into a creative industries complex, with space for workshops, studios for artists and office space for creative professionals. It's a beautiful space, and perfect for the work we'll be doing together!
